Christopher Nolan’s ‘The Odyssey’ Adds Yet Another MCU Actor To Cast, Alongside Couple Zendaya and Tom Holland
While stars are often attributed as the pride and joy of the Hollywood industry, it is directors like Christopher Nolan who have created a room for directors too under the same umbrella. Nolan has ensured through his streak of mindboggling work that his movies remain a phenomenon rather than just a movie release. This was further elevated with the release of Academy Award winner Oppenheimer, setting the stage for Nolan's next, The Odyssey, to be another star-studded spectacle.
With The Odyssey going into filming next month, cinema's probable next best has cherry picked another shiny name from Marvel's batch of actors.

Christopher Nolan really proved that there is no such thing as too much star power in a movie, as he brought together everyone from Matt Damon and Cillian Murphy to Robert Downey Jr. and Emily Blunt. While it worked spectacularly for Oppenheimer, one can imagine the frightening pressure it has left for its successor. However, the director seems to have picked up a trait or two from his Oppenheimer centerpiece, as he has aced the casting despite the pressure, adding Jon Bernthal as a last-minute touch as reported by Deadline.
Bernthal would be another spectacular Marvel-based addition to the cast of Christopher Nolan's mythic action epic, after Zendaya and Tom Holland. The movie also boasts the likes of Anne Hathaway, reuniting with the director after Interstellar, Matt Damon marking his third collaboration with Nolan, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong'o, and Charlize Theron.
While the cast of Christopher Nolan's upcoming The Odyssey has a story to tell in itself, its bombastic budget seems to be a whole different tale.

Budget never really seems to be an issue with Christopher Nolan movies, especially since he crossed over to the big leagues and big studios, being at the beck and call of the director. However, the director has kept a check on himself for the longest time until now. With the latest Imax technology being used to film across the world, The Odyssey boasts a production budget of $250 million.
