CD Projekt achieved unbelievable success by representing the Witcherverse with stunning graphics along with amazingly accurate characters in the game. Now, moving on to another successful game, Cyberpunk 2077, the developer plans a sequel to the futuristic game. As the narrative director of Cyberpunk, Igor Sarzyński, stated to PC Gamer, “We want a similar evolution here,” citing Witcher’s gaming evolution throughout the years.
Cyberpunk 2077 was the first venture of the company into the futuristic sci-fi world. The game captured the first-person world of Cyberpunk with a lavish setup. While talking to PC Gamers, Sarzyński also shared how they developed 2077. Although many aspects of the game worked out the way they wanted them to with the utmost ease, the character progression, the interactivity, and some other aspects took a little more time.
Amidst all the other games, CD Projekt’s Witcherverse has been the most attractive and satisfying to gamers. Now, with Cyberpunk 2077 following in The Witcher’s footsteps, fans have high hopes for the sequel. But can Cyberpunk 2.0 become as favorite as The Witcher games already are?
Can Cyberpunk 2.0 match The Witcher’s caliber?
CD Projekt’s Witcherverse has already showcased smooth narration with perfect transitions throughout the development of the games. Therefore, despite the difficulties, Phantom Liberty and the 2.0 patch have enhanced the chances of the evolution that Igor Sarzyński talked about.
