Sydney Sweeney has done some of the most notable work at the beginning of her career. The actress has won two Emmy nominations for her roles in two of HBO’s biggest hit shows, Euphoria and The White Lotus. The actress did an outstanding job portraying the characters of Cassie Howard (Euphoria) and Olivia Mossbacher (The White Lotus). But do you know who Sweeney can relate more with?

The beautiful blonde did a great job playing Cassie and Olivia. Both of the characters are completely apart from each other, and nobody else but Sweeney would’ve played them this well. While Olivia is a rich and mean brat, Cassie is a sweet girl whose nudes got leaked. In real life, Sweeney was like none of them; however, in the Actors on Actors session of Variety, she revealed that she relates to Cassie more.

Cassie Howard is one of the primary characters in Euphoria and has had one of the most surprising character developments over the two seasons of the show. In the first season, she is mostly a quiet and needy girl, but in the second season, her character becomes gray.

There are three reasons Sweeney feels closer to Cassie. First, just like her, she needs a little bit of affirmation in her life. Second, like Cassie, she sometimes feels very under-confident, and third, she falls head over heels in love with someone just as fast as Cassie.

While Sweeney thinks that Cassie’s character is very relatable in general, she has reasons for not connecting with Olivia.

Why does Sydney Sweeney think Olivia is different from her?

There are various reasons the actress feels distant from Olivia. One of the primary traits of the character is that she is extremely rich, while Sweeney comes from a middle-class family in a small town. While Olivia does not value money, Sweeney is very careful about the amount she has earned through hard work.

Another trait of Olivia that Sweeney does not relate to is that she is very mean, and the actress is very down to earth in real life. In fact, she was scared of portraying herself. However, she also said that she loved playing Olivia, as she always wanted to play a character that made fans hate her.

Although she played two characters with totally different attitudes, the 25-year-old nailed it with her preparation and dedication. Let’s see what wonders she does in the highly anticipated third season of Euphoria.
