In 2006, Vanity Fair’s interview with Aniston led to some shocking revelations by her friends and how they felt her ex-husband lacked “sensitivity” in him. Meanwhile, her friends wanted to “shake the sh*t out of him” for having such horrible “timing”. Already “suffering” from heartbreak, Aniston and her friends also wished that Pitt was more considerate of her pain. 

It was also believed that Pitt began his relationship with his Mr. & Mrs. Smith co-star before ending things with his wife at the time. So, obviously, Aniston and her fans were enraged by it all. When she realized that he had suggested the photoshoot with Jolie himself and also profited from doing it, the devoted friends pointed at this fact as the kind of thing that led to their divorce!

Today, Pitt is back in the 54-year-old’s good books. However, Aniston carries the effects of that harrowing time with her.

With her beloved girl-next-door persona, the Friends actress was in the prime of her career when she married Brad Pitt. Suddenly, she was caught up in a love triangle half a decade later. Then, her second marriage with Wanderlust co-star: Justin Theroux also ended in two years. In August, a source close to her disclosed the fact that the Bruce Almighty actress had retreated from the dating domain. 

Apparently, the combined effects of her two broken relationships hinder Aniston’s love life to this day. After all, it cannot be easy to live in a real-life drama filled with whispers of betrayal. Maybe the 54-year-old does not wish to become a global spectacle again with another controversial relationship. Even though Pitt and Aniston are good friends now, most fans still hold his past actions against him.
