Blake Lively’s troubles are about to take a turn for the worse. What was meant to be a summer blockbuster—and became one—has now morphed into a veritable nightmare for some of the most influential names in Hollywood. Since the It Ends With Us debacle took root, the internet was seen splitting down the middle into two camps. But it seems Lively’s side is losing more ground by the day, especially after Justin Baldoni unleashed his cascade of explosive receipts. And now, things seem to be slipping even further out of the Gossip Girl alum’s grip.

The PR firm tied to the feud has just slapped Lively with a lawsuit, piling on to the already messy battle she has got herself in with Baldoni.

The crisis PR firm, Street Relations, has recently sued Blake Lively for defamation after she named the company in her California Civil Rights complaint. In the lawsuit, as reported by The Wrap, Jed Wallace from the firm is looking for at least $6,000,000 in punitive damages, claiming he was unfairly dragged into the lawsuits, one of which accused him of creating fake content on social media. He is also hoping the court will declare that he was not involved in any harassment or the alleged smear campaign.

Lively’s team, meanwhile, has shrugged off the lawsuit. They have called it nothing more than yet another act of “retaliation”. In the past few weeks, a lot has gone down in this legal drama. Justin Baldoni and his company launched their website, questions were raised about Taylor Swift’s friendship with the Green Lantern stars, and it was even reported that Lively and Ryan Reynolds were looking to dismiss the defamation lawsuit. But despite all the chaos, it seems the Savages actress is trying to move past it all.
