A few months back, Aniston revealed the flavorful recipe of her salad that she allegedly ate every day while being on the sets of her popular sitcom, Friends.

Jennifer Aniston appeared for an interview for Allure 10 months back, where she reacted to the viral “Jennifer Aniston salad” trend. Though the actress loved the TikTok recipes, she revealed that she put different ingredients than what the majority believed. The actress shared that the Cobb salad was actually from a “commissary”, in which she added various vegetables, including Lettuce, icebergs, and tomatoes, along with garbanzo beans. Aniston shared that she does not prefer “too many garbanzo beans” as it is not good for her tummy.
Aniston also added meat to her salad, which included salami, crunchy bacon, and chunks of chicken. Lastly, she would finish the dish with Italian dressing and shredded pecorino cheese. Towards the end of the clip, Aniston shared how “gorgeous” she found the TikTok viral recipe and would love to give it a try. Apart from the salad recipe, Aniston also loved a viral fitness trend and has incorporated it into her regime.
This viral fitness regime made Aniston shift a little from her usual Yoga and cardio and it has also become one of her “favorite workouts”.

Jennifer Aniston has been very passionate about her health and fitness and she credits her regime for looking so stunning at the age of 54. During an interview with Instyle in March this year, the actress shared the elements of her fitness regime, which included meditation sessions, hydration, a quick workout, and a “good night’s sleep”. Months after the interview, Aniston shared a post on Instagram announcing her new favorite workout that involved Pvolve.
The actress has been obsessing over the self-adjustable fitness reforms and became a part of the Pvolve campaign. During a September interview with Health Club Management, Aniston shared having“fallen in love with the method”. Despite the widespread fascination with Aniston’s secrets to health and fitness, it is refreshing to know that she herself takes inspiration from fans and the viral trends they create.
