Back to Work! Kate Middleton Chooses Her Favorite Mental Health Charity as Her Second Stop for Mental Health Awareness Week
Kate Middleton is defined by her pursuit to improve the quality of mental health among the citizens of the United Kingdom. And this is not just a one-time campaign that Middleton uses to boast about on certain occasions but an active and joint effort with some of the best neurologists and mental health researchers, among others that form the Princess of Wales’ Centre for Early Childhood. After launching ‘Shaping Us’ earlier this year, Middleton is making the best of Mental Health Awareness Month.
Her dedication to the cause has marked Kate Middleton as the most active royal member during Mental Health Awareness Month. And just within a week of visiting the Dame Kelly Holmes Trust, she is back at her favorite Mental Health Charity in London.

Middleton may have worn the color of happiness when she was at the sports-fueled Mental Health Trust last week, but she beamed with joy as she visited her favorite and most frequented charity dedicated to mental well-being, Anna Freud Center. The Princess was not just there to promote mental health but also to gain knowledge as she continues to improve her approach to early childhood development. And she was not alone on this meaningful visit.
On Thursday, the Princess of Wales was joined by the staff of Anna Freud Center alongside Prof Peter Fonagy as they discussed in depth numerous aspects of mental health and what helps.
The most crucial part of the visit, however, was how Kate Middleton listened to those who are still struggling and to those who have persevered through. All the while, she looked like what many would describe as a picture definition of beauty with brains.
The most fashionable patron
An unmissable air of warmth and familiarity could be sensed through the pictures of Kate Middleton’s visit to the Anna Freud Centre. While the credit goes to the Princess for being in her element, that she has remained a patron and a frequent visitor for years is worth noting.

Given how it was not her first, Kate Middleton ditched the Alexander McQueen coats that she loves to wear, and opted for a flowy jade green dress. And per usual, she wore her hair brown locks down and her beautiful smile up. The casual choice of outfit allowed her to beat the heat and do what she does best: being a brilliant mental health advocate.
