The world witnessed the grand coronation of King Charles III and Queen Camilla two days ago. The new monarchs are ready to officially take ownership of the crown, along with the responsibilities. Recently, the first official royal portraits of the couple were released and those are trending on the internet. However, the release of these portraits has brought back memories of someone special from the past.
Whenever there is a discussion of the Royal family members, it does not end without bringing a certain someone into it. It is none other than the late ex-wife of King Charles, Princess Diana. The epitome of beauty and elegance passed away too soon from the world. However, she stays in the memories of everyone. The photographs were captured by Hugo Burnand and feature the King seated on the 1902 throne chair, adorned in the Imperial State Crown and holding the Orb and Sceptre with a Cross. These images were taken after the coronation ceremony.
In addition, a separate picture showcases King Charles and Queen Camilla posing in the throne room. In another photograph, the Queen is wearing a stunning white dress designed by her friend Bruce Oldfield. She paired it with the Robe of Estate and Queen Mary’s crown.
