In a career that has spanned decades, Arnold Schwarzenegger has delivered and experienced the most of everything. Far from his humble Austrian roots, the legend made strides in many fields as far as he could see. After successfully dominating the bodybuilding side of affairs, he went on to become one of the most redefining faces of Hollywood. If that was not enough, he also has a boastful career in politics. Thus, his stints have often landed him in the company of some of the most influential people around, including former US presidents.

Long before he was a Governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger already had the President of the United States behind him, literally. In his latest appearance on The Kelly Clarkson Show, the FUBAR actor opened up about a time in the early 90s. An eventful day involved the star having the then-US President, George Bush, behind him and down a sled at Camp Davis. However, they inevitably end up crashing into then-First Lady Barbara Bush.
The 76-year-old recalled the events as it folded. “He loved hanging out with me and working out with me,” said Schwarzenegger on Bush. However, the reason behind the accident was that the sled was actually a toboggan with no means to steer it. Thus, when Mrs. Bush appeared behind a tree all of a sudden, they ran “into her leg”. Fortunately, they were very gracious about it and the actor did not face any trouble.
Additionally, the show also had the star receive a dirty sock bookmark and Sesame Street gifts as he spread his message of “positivity”.
Positivity, motivation, and fitness are the ways to go
The show also had Oscar the Grouch and Elmo surprise Schwarzenegger with gifts. However, the legend reiterated that he had to “add some positivity” to the muppet’s life. It is no secret that the fitness icon is betting hugely on his goal of making the world a fitter place as outlined in his 76th birthday wishlist. Furthermore, the star recently launched his book, Be Useful. Taking his message further, he preaches on living a positive and purposeful life.
