Arnold Schwarzenegger Has a Trick to Help You “Find Time” to Train in His Pump Club Newsletter
If someone wants their own personal fitness motivator to drop tips every day, Arnold Schwarzenegger is the right person to approach. Of course, virtually. While the seven-time Mr. Olympia champion has boasted a sweet following without spending a dime, his fans don’t need to spend a dime for his daily newsletters, either. Moreover, he has always been a pioneer of everything “fitness for all.” And with his daily newsletters, the Terminator actor does exactly that.
The long-standing excuse one finds for not training is “not having time,” and Schwarzenegger had a perfect fix for it.

It is quite difficult to scrape out time for an activity one doesn’t necessarily enjoy much. One could also find it more satisfying to be engrossed in activities outside work or immersed in intense work schedules. Either way, training and workout sessions end up taking the back seat. And not dedicating time to exercise is no fix to leading a healthy and fit lifestyle. The FUBAR actor had a quick trick to fix the excuse of “not finding time.“ In a fan’s appreciation post for the day’s Pump Club newsletter, Schwarzenegger added an extra tip – In short, Keep your phone down and avoid social media.
In a longer version, he suggested one should look at the phone’s active hours to gauge how much we spend ourselves behind the screens, rather than hitting a workout session. This is not the first time the actor has come up with a tip for fans. Furthermore, the Commando actor suggested everybody had the choice to spend their time wisely. He added, “Do me a favor: open up your phone and look at how much time you spent on social media yesterday.”
While most fans were guilty and admitted to his tip being “facts”, some others reasoned for being genuinely caught up in life.
Arnold Schwarzenegger and his view on social media a bane?
It is no secret that humans tend to make excuses for something not on their top priorities. Be it fitness or responsibilities, not finding them outright appealing is possible and very much human. And his fans supported the Escape Plan actor’s words. According to him and several netizens on Twitter, the key lies in finding the right motivation and willpower to dedicate time to training. On the other hand, others found his social media argument wrong. They claimed to not spend much time on it, and only as a means of a short break between work.
Some others did not exactly support this claim. While a few claimed to be genuinely busy, others found the social media argument wrong.

Although both Schwarzenegger’s and fans’ opposing views stand in reason, the Pump Club owner could have also meant social media as an umbrella term for all the time we waste on screens for leisure. The age of the internet and social media has plagued the generation with being glued to their screens, and the Pump Club owner is looking to revolutionize that habit.
