The Commando star in his latest post called The Friendship Crisis discussed why it is difficult to make connections as an adult. Responding to the blog, a famous health and well-being coach, Brad Stulberg, praised Schwarzenegger’s efforts in spreading awareness. He appreciated the actor and his entire team by saying, “Great to see @Schwarzenegger and team writing about loneliness.” He further went on to talk about the importance of friendship and how technology is creating a huge void of human connections.

The Golden Globe winner further reposted the tweet and thanked Stulberg for sharing the post. The 76-year-old captioned the reposted tweet saying, “This loneliness epidemic is too heavy a weight for any of us to lift alone, but I know that with everyone working together, we can lift it.” In the newsletter, Schwarzenegger advised the readers to not blame themselves for not being able to make connections and wrote, “Remember, we never beat ourselves up; we always get to work.”
He further talked about how “curiosity” is the key to eradicating this loneliness from one’s life. Fans took to Twitter to express their heartfelt gratitude for the retired Terminator with their Tweets.
