The Austrian Oak is a man of his word. While he has delivered on all his duties as an actor and a good-willed person, he also kept his word when it came to parenting. In an appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live, the FUBAR star recalled the many resorts he took to teach his kids he meant business. Taking the audience to the end of their wits, Schwarzenegger recounted many incidents such as throwing son Patrick Schwarzenegger’s mattress out the window into the pool.

As a kid, the Gen V star had asked his nanny to do the bed for him, which he strictly ought to have done by himself. Upon admitting his mistake, his father did what he deemed was best to teach him a lesson. Sending both Jimmy Kimmel and the audience into an uproarious laugh, the star also went on to share other incidents of bringing his kids in check. Once, he eradicated his daughter’s habit of hanging her outdoor shoes by the fireplace by literally tossing them into the fire.

Regardless, his strictness never went in vain. All of Schwarzenegger’s kids are very well-placed and successful in their own lives.
