Out of all the romance flicks yet to come out this year, Anyone But You is certainly the one with the most hype built up around it. With Hollywood sensations like Sydney Sweeney and Glen Powell headlining its cast, the Will Gluck flick was bound to be heavily anticipated. Since the rom-com is slated for release right in the heart of the holiday season on 22nd December, some who are looking forward to its release have wondered if it is a movie suitable for family viewing.

Although Anyone But You is going to be released right before Christmas when families will be gathering. However, it may not be one flick that viewers want to watch with children around. Well, this is because the movie has received an R-rated certification in Australia and is not PG-13. Apparently, the flick contains plenty of nudity from the couple at the center of it. In a post from X (previously Twitter), Screen Rant revealed that the flick contains a variety of “naked scenes”. 

So far, the behind-the-scenes images from its shoot have also suggested that Sweeney donned a rather alluring wardrobe for it. In addition to the raunchy scenes, there are bound to be sexual references that feature in the comedy movie. Other than the graphic sexualness, one does not need to worry about violence or substance usage in the flick. Still, the content of the flick is expectedly deemed inappropriate for youngins. 

While the movie might be inappropriate for certain age groups, this is not the first time that Sweeney will be doing steamy scenes.

In Euphoria, Sydney Sweeney came to be known for the amount of steamy scenes the series churned out of her. Well, the criticism she has faced for it has never fazed her. The 26-year-old has often spoken about how she is comfortable producing such content as long as it is directed in good taste. For her, there is a lot more to such content than the nudity. Meanwhile, her Anyone But You co-star is also not new to such scenes.

The latest trailer for her upcoming movie showcases not only the steamy romance between Sweeney and Powell’s characters but also a scene in which the latter stands fully in the nude! Moreover, he has done similar scenes in previous flicks like Sex Ed and Scream Queens too. The movie could make for an amusing watch for couples that head to theaters sans their children.
