Things have truly come full circle for the actor as Lucco steps into the family right when he is working on the I Am Legend sequel.

The post-apocalypse movie played a notable catalyst in making Will Smith one of the most well-known actors in the world. Contrary to the noise it made at the box office, the movie follows Robert Neville in a post-apocalyptic United States, where he seems to be the only human being alive. His only escape from the deadly silence proved to be his German Shepard, Sam. Much like how the dog instills humanity in Neville in the movie, it had Will Smith fawning all over him.
As the actor spent most of his days shooting with the well-trained German Shepard, whose real name is Abbey, he developed perhaps the strongest connection he has ever had with a co-star. Owing to the ending of the first movie, Sam will not be present in I Am Legend 2, but maybe Lucco can fill up the empty space.
