The actress recently announced her collaboration with Ford for an upcoming workplace line on her Instagram account. In order to provide a personal touch, the line would be inspired by her 1965 Mustang. This would be her second cooperation with the automaker, following a successful first one earlier this year.

The collection will include five pieces inspired by her Mustang, which she lovingly calls “Britney.” The vehicle’s name is not inspired by the singer Britney Spears, but by the automaker’s pastel blue paint, “Britney Blue,” which debuted in the 1960s. It features an all-female mechanic team dressed in t-shirts, denim, and dark-washed denim jumpsuits, among other things. The Ford x Sydney Sweeney collection is now available for purchase on Ford’s official account.

Given the high-profile participants, the partnership is quite touted. To add to this, the actress recently shared an unexpected present she received from Ford on Instagram.

Sweeney’s love for cars is known to anyone who follows her religiously. In her deep love for cars, the automaker Ford tops the list, given that the actress not only owns one but two of them, the other being a 1969 Ford Bronco. In the midst of spreading the exciting news of her collaboration with her 16 million Instagram followers, the actress also shared a story about a bespoke metallic toolbox given to her by Ford, with the caption “Freaking over my new toolbox.”

The 26-year-old actress’s passion for automobiles appears real, given that she once wanted to be a racing car driver. Sweeney was introduced to this industry by her babysitters, who used to be race car drivers. However, fate had other plans for her, and instead of the racetrack, she ended up on a movie set. Even still, her passion for vehicles did not die, and she currently owns quite a few of them.
