Being Kanye West’s ex does not stop Kim Kardashian from enjoying fellow rappers. The socialite has always had contacts in different industries and does not shy away from having some fun. It has been months since her years-long marriage with West ended, and she is enjoying life by hopping around the world. Her love for music still remains though, as she recently made it to a resident performance.

The Kardashian had the firsthand experience of officiating a wedding recently. But before that, she made sure to drop by and enjoy an Usher performance. The same rapper that was once part of West’s song once.

How Kim Kardashian ended up in the front row of an Usher event recently

Kardashian got some special front-row seats when attending Usher’s concert days ago. With MET Gala coming close, the socialite is busy enjoying her heart out. According to TMZ, she could be seen grooving to the music of the ‘OMG’ singer since he has been a resident performer of the Park MGM Hotel for a while now. He played some of his hit classics ‘Burn’ and ‘You Remind Me.’ It has apparently been a hit residency for the artist, and Kardashian only added to it by accompanying her friend Chris Appleton.

They were also accompanied by his new husband and The White Lotus actor Lucas Gage. She seemed to have the same attire for the ‘My Way’ show that she had on for her officiating role for her friend’s wedding. The SKIMS owner recently uploaded photos of this Vegas trip. Meanwhile, Usher also seemed pleased to have her present at his event.

While the two have never collaborated, he certainly had a link-up with her ex once.

Ye is known for naming artists and dissing them through his music. Although he smoothly included singer Usher’s name in his hit song ‘Gold Digger’. The lyrics of the song went, “my best friend say she used to f*ck with Usher.” But when the 37-year-old was asked about his opinion, he did not seem to mind it. If anything, he took it as a compliment since it was not really a diss track. Although that would make him an exception, since some of Kardashian’s contact in the industry are Ye’s rivals.
