Ahead of ‘Madame Web,’ Sydney Sweeney Reveals the Outrageous Number of Times She Has Watched Marvel Studios’ ‘The Avengers’
Sydney Sweeney might have done some serious dramedies at the beginning of her career, but now she is on her way to exploring genres. After she starred in HBO’s megahits Euphoria and The White Lotus and also received Emmy nominations for them, she is all set to try her hands in different fields. Moreover, it seems like she is signing more films now, one of which is Marvel’s Madame Web. And it looks like she has prepared very well for her entry into the Marvel world by watching one of the most iconic movies of the studio numerous times.
Madame Web is one of the most highly anticipated films of the actress and is going to release next year. She is starring alongside Dakota Johnson, who will play the lead role of Madame Web. Sweeney is playing yet another prominent character, Spider-Woman, Julia Carpenter. Though she might not be the lead in Madame Web, she is rumored to explore further with this character at Sony Pictures.

Sweeney recently gave an interview to Total Magazine (via Games Radar) in which she spoke about her love for superhero films. The Euphoria actress has been an avid superhero film watcher and her family loves them too. And she can prove that love to you with how many times she has watched MCU’s The Avengers.
“I think I’ve seen The Avengers probably 20, 30-plus times,” revealed Sweeney in the interview.
Not only has Sweeney revealed how much she and her family love these films, but she has also revealed how her parents feel about this Marvel project.

What do Sydney Sweeney’s parents think of this project?
Sweeney’s family always had her back, be it choosing films as her career path or be it shifting to LA for it. They also try to watch every project she does, at least her grandma and mom watch them all. Her parents are always supportive of the actress, but this Marvel project has brought them the utmost joy. The actress revealed in the interview that her parents are very happy she is doing this project.

Madame Web is all set for its release on May 16 next year. Sweeney and Dakota Johnson are not the only attraction of the film. It also stars Emma Roberts, however, her part is kept secret yet. British Television director SJ Clarkson is directing the film, and it is safe to say that the project involves a lot of badass females.
