After Winning His Lawsuit Against a UK Publisher, Prince Harry Shares His Thoughts on the Ruling
Over the years, Prince Harry has become a constant fixture in most news tabloids. Ever since he and his wife, Meghan Markle, gave up their royal responsibilities, the press has kept an eye on them. While this year has thrown them some serious curve balls, they might be closing out the year with a rather important win. Given that their Archewell Foundation ended up bringing in a lower number of donations just recently, they needed it.
While the world has still not gotten over Omid Scobie’s shocking revelations, the 39-year-old ended up sharing his thoughts on his much-needed victory in court.

Earlier today, it was revealed that Prince Harry has been victorious in his phone hacking lawsuit against the Mirror Group newspapers. According to reports from People, after the judge gave his ruling in favor of the Duke, the 39-year-old shared a statement via his lawyer. In the statement, he said that “the journey to justice” was a long one.
He stated that the ruling was “vindicating and affirming.” The Duke also went on to compare the lawsuit to “slaying dragons,” which he was thankfully able to defeat. At the end of it, the newspaper has been told to pay the royal $180,000 for the damages they had caused to his reputation and their sneaky ways of getting scoops. While that might have ended up being a lesson learned for them, the win came shortly after the Duke was in the limelight because of losing millions.
Meghan Markle and Prince Harry may have both put on brave faces at this year’s Archewell Foundation’s holiday party. However, just shortly before their PDA took over the world, it was revealed that they had ended up with a stroke of bad luck.

2 years ago, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry launched their non-profit organization called, Archewell Foundation. While it was created to uplift and unite communities, it seems to have run into a slight problem. With the year ending, the foundation drew up summaries of all the donations they had received in 2023. Unfortunately, they did not get as much as they did the previous year; they saw a decline of $11 million.
While the Duke and Duchess continued their usual routines like nothing had happened, there is no saying how they feel about the situation. After all, neither of them has discussed it yet. Although the sum in question is rather huge, Markle and her husband are sure to have a backup plan to push their business back up.
