Enola Holmes 2 established the estranged relationship between the Holmes siblings, making it more solid. It was the first time fans got to see another side of the iconic detective Sherlock Holmes. The duo worked together to figure out why their cases were clashing and thus uncovered criminal conspiracies and underhanded business dealings.

Henry Cavill might star in a new science fiction drama 

We all know that Millie Bobby Brown has been ruling the sci-fi genre for years. Thanks to her leading role in the pop culture phenomena Stranger Things. Not to mention, her forthcoming movie The Electric State, which she wrapped up two months ago. According to the Giant Freakin Robot, Henry Cavill is in talks to star in a sci-fi movie named The Oasis. The sources have told the publication that the multi-Oscar winner Danny Boyle is helming the project.

If the dealing goes fine, then the actor will join another legendary director after working with Guy Ritchie for The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. Moreover, the plot of the movie is also revealed focusing on a scientist who uncovers an extraordinary thing in the deep desert. However, with this discovery comes grave danger and he might protect it at every cost.

This would be an entirely new world for him to explore in the middle of a desert, but he can always take advice from his on-screen sister, considering she has spent months there shooting the fourth season of the supernatural horror show. Meanwhile, at this point, nothing has been confirmed about this project. Neither we know when will fans get to meet the Holmes again.

Will there be an Enola Holmes 3? 

The Enola Holmes franchise has been a successful deal for the streaming giant thanks to its stellar casting choices. The recent release sequel was a remarkable blend of detective fiction and real-world history. So it is natural fans are curious if the creators have something more in the box.

Although Netflix is yet to confirm the prospects of the third installment, the possibility is quite clear. Considering Nancy Springer has written a total number of eight novels and they can adapt the story once again. It seems likely that Enola Holmes 3 will dive deeper into the bond Holmes has started building and, of course, Enola’s love story is there to explore.
