After 15 years, Wrexham AFC got back on its legs and achieved a milestone by securing a promotion. The club players made Ryan Reynolds, Rob McElhenney, and the entire fandom extremely proud. This big victory was a result of the players’ hard work and the proper guidance of the club’s manager, Phil Parkinson. With the second season coming up, Parkinson makes a big promise to the Wrexham AFC owners.

The club owners have been vocal and optimistic about taking the club to the Premier League. Not so surprisingly, the Hollywood duo had a dream of taking the club to that level since the day they took over. Therefore, to keep their dream safe and work hard with the Wrexham players, Phil Parkinson sent a message to the duo. As Mirror reported, Parkinson opened up about the condition of the club and the players before the upcoming football season.

Parkinson admitted when he joined the club, he was expecting a squad that was hard-working and would grow with time. With the large victory the club had achieved during the preceding season, he felt a great sense of satisfaction. Everyone in the Welsh town rejoiced in celebration when the club managed to secure the promotion to the National League. Now, with this big achievement, Wrexham AFC has given hope to the club’s supporters, especially the owners of the club.

He also added the players are motivated for the upcoming season while praising the owners for making splendid efforts in selecting the team.

Now, Ben Foster staying for another season, the manager is happy. He said he wanted the club to have quality players to make the dream come true. And he admitted being happy about the duo’s choice and efforts. 

It is the club owners’ dream to see Wrexham AFC in the Premier League, as they have spoken many times. Phil Parkinson, with his recent optimistic message to the owners, assured one day they will achieve that dream as well.
