While the former Superman actor already played his part in etching the flick to trending culture, his singer co-star has now joined the bandwagon.

Making her acting debut as Mermaid Barbie in Greta Gerwig’s highly successful, Barbie, Dua Lipa now has ironed herself ready for Argylle. Taking to her Instagram, the 28-year-old dropped a set of photos showcasing her look for the upcoming spy-thriller. Captioned as “Hair & Make Up test”, the likely throwback snaps highlighted the blonde trimmed bob and bangs adorning the singer. Moreover, she also tested a new dazzling lavender for her eyes alongside rich black mascara.

Playing the role of LaGrange, a nemesis to Henry Cavill’s Argylle, Dua Lipa will dive deep into the universe-within-a-universe flick. Additionally, her photos came months after the British actor’s new hairstyle had quickly trended as a meme and debate. However, director Matthew Vaughn had defended the styles to be lore-accurate and serve as a nod to the meta-realism prevalent throughout the movie.
