Despite Two Divorces, Jennifer Aniston Once Weighed In on Her ”Succesful” Marriages
It’s no secret to the world that Jennifer Aniston has been married twice. The actress first walked down the aisle for the first time in July 2000 when she married Brad Pitt. The couple went separate ways after five years of marriage, which became the hottest topic in Hollywood. Then the Friends alum exchanged vows with filmmaker Justin Theroux in 2015. Sadly, this union too ended in divorce two years later.
Despite going through the tumultuous phase of two divorces, the American star once called her marriages successful in an interview.

In December 2018, Jennifer Aniston sat down with Elle for an exclusive interview. During the conversation, she shared her insight on her marriage to Brad Pitt and Justin Theroux. The actress said in her opinion that her marriages have “been very successful”. The Emmy winner continued saying she might have broken up with her partners but they did it because they chose happiness, which did not “exist within that arrangement anymore”.
She made the brave decision to step out of a situation instead of being consumed by fear. “To stay in a marriage based on fear feels like you’re doing your one life a disservice,” added Aniston. According to her, if the effort one puts into their relationship does not help, it does not mean they have failed. The Murder Mystery star believed people need to change their mindset about successful marriage, and that it does not always involve a happy ending.
Aniston has remained friends with her ex-husbands through the years and did not feel awkward during social meets.

On that day, the American actress won an award for the best female actor in a drama series for The Morning Show.
After her two divorces, the Horrible Bosses star has stayed single and shown no interest in getting into a relationship. However, lately, fans have been shipping her with her co-star Jon Hamm after watching their sizzling chemistry on the Apple TV+ show.
