The Royal Family’s social media accounts always take a moment to honor the working members and their children on special occasions, as per tradition. However, the daughter of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, Lilibet, did not receive the public recognition of her special day on the 4th of June. This omission sparked widespread speculation and discussions despite the Prince attending the King’s coronation ceremony.

On the 4th of June, the California-born little one turned 2. Unlike her first birthday, this time, she received no wishes from the Royal Family, as per GBN. However, the California-based royals celebrated Lilibet’s birthday with a small gathering. They had their close friends and loved ones at their USA home. Moreover, they had a BBQ planned for the special occasion.

Nevertheless, there was no public tribute for the young princess, Lilibet, from the Royal Family. On her first birthday, the Sussexes were in the UK for the Platinum Jubilee of the late Queen Elizabeth ll and shared pictures of themselves with their children as well. Notably, this gathering happened before the publication of Prince Harry’s memoir and the couple’s Netflix docuseries.

After their public admission of their strained relationships with the Royal Family, the hope for reconciliation shattered, and the distance between them grew more. Not only Lilibet, but young Archie also did not receive any public wishes from the Royals. Interestingly, his birthday fell on the same day as King Charles’ coronation ceremony, May 6. But reportedly, King Charles held a toast for his grandson after the grand ceremony.

There is no new information about the twisted relationship between the Sussexes and the Royal Family. In adherence to Royal traditions, the working members and their children will be acknowledged on the Royal Family’s official social media sites. Since Prince Harry and Meghan Markle stepped down from being working members of the Royal Family, their children did not get recognition or tribute on their recent birthdays. However, Lilibet received a beautiful and expensive gift from her mother.
