Back in the year 2018, with Markle four months pregnant with her firstborn, she actively took part in all optimistic ideas she could manifest. The two much influential women of their era spoke at length about areas that they can work together. 

After the fruitful discussion, the former First Lady has only had positive things to say about Markle. Obama took to her Instagram to describe the duchess as “a thoughtful leader who is breaking the mold and making our world better for it.” She also wrote, be it meeting with the leaders or helping the underprivileged, “She is an inspiration to so many.“

Back when Prince Harry was still a bachelor, in 2015, the Duke hosted Mrs. Obama, her daughters, and her mother for tea at Kensington Palace. He also joined the former first lady to visit a high school in Chicago for the Obama Foundation’s inaugural summit. Markle, meanwhile, grew personally close to the family. On year past the London meeting, Markle was dining with Obama over chicken tacos, said reports.

Thus, the world-changing initiative between the Duchess and the then-first lady shed new light on their bonds of hope and optimism.
