When the renowned partnership took over the Red Dragons in 2020, the club’s entire identity transformed. Not just the men’s club, but also the women’s club, saw significant investment and growth following the takeover. Now, the Deadpool star has extended an offer to Christine Sinclair, Canada’s all-time leading goal scorer, to join the Wrexham AFC women’s team, demonstrating his desire to set the tone in the correct direction for the club.
This invitation was given in response to Reynolds’ tribute to Sinclair as she concludes her international football career. The Canadian actor told Sinclair that her career did not have to stop so soon. Furthermore, she may have a spectacular second act with the Red Dragons. In response to his video, the 40-year-old player stated on CBC Sports that for the “right amount of money, I could go.” While the entire exchange was amusing, it will be fascinating to see if Sinclair decides to join Wrexham or not.
Whether Sinclair becomes a member of Wrexham Women or not, the club has already accomplished a great deal based on the idea that the Hollywood duo had to make it the next big thing.

Wrexham’s ladies still have a lot of ground to cover. However, given their track record, their current standing is extremely commendable. The club, which had to purchase its uniforms and equipment during its early years of operation, is carefully cared for by the new proprietors. This encouragement has been reflected in their games as well, confirming this is what happens when management looks after their players.
