Keeping up with the Kardashian-West family may be a click away. But keeping up with their lifestyle is not as attainable considering the couple’s love for all things boujee. Kim Kardashian is well known for her lavish spending habits. Coupled with Kanye West, they made for one indulgent couple, especially when it came to their residences. That’s why they hired a Belgian architect to design their home. The same designer’s other work, located in the UK, is now in the market.

The Hampstead mansion, spanning 7,940 square feet, shares a striking resemblance to their ex-residence in Calabasas. The minimalistic yet stylish mansion located on Cannon Lane in Hampstead comes with six bedrooms. It features two expansive entertainment rooms, a home cinema, and a garage complete with a car lift. Other not-so-humble additions include a spa section consisting of a swimming pool, gym, sauna, and treatment room.

No wonder the abode has been much coveted by Hollywood celebrities and prominent figures, like fashion designer Giorgio Armani. It was crafted in 2016 by the esteemed Italian architect, Claudio Silvestrin, who had previously designed a minimalist Manhattan apartment for Yeezy as well.

In 2013, Silvestrin collaborated with Belgian designer Axel Vervoordt for the couple’s Calabasas family home. After her divorce from the controversial artist, the beauty mogul continues to reside in the 15,000 square feet house with her four children.

Kanye West and his love for ‘Wasi-Sabi’ vibes under threat from diminishing empire

Along with his now-wife Bianca Censori, Ye West now resides in a $20,000 apartment on Melrose Avenue. The apartment’s location is significant to the rapper, as it is conveniently close to his new Yeezy office. The seemingly humble abode consists of two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms made in his style. A lover of the Japanese philosophy of Wabi-Sabi, the fashion designer loves indulging his craving for the same.

But recent events hint at trouble in paradise as the rapper has been losing his once cherished properties and neglecting others. While incurring a loss of $250,000, West recently sold his Hidden Hills mansion, following his separation from Kim Kardashian. Having moved nearby to help his ex-wife co-parent, he never actually stayed there. He also owns two ranches in Wyoming, which now lie abandoned.

Earlier, Ye made headlines for buying a whopping $57 million home in Malibu, near the beach, with ambitious plans in mind. However, the project was halted after his split with Adidas, resulting in considerable financial losses for the rapper. The Malibu home, along with an unfinished L.A. ranch, valued at $14 million, has now fallen into disrepair.
