Starting on the 2nd of May, 2023, the WGA strike ended on the 27th of September as the longest-running strike in Hollywood. The American actors’ union SAG-AFTRA joined the picket lines on the 14th of July and is yet to get its resolutions. The twin strikes crippled the production of several films and shows. The strikes have raised concerns among celebrities, including Jennifer Aniston, despite the Writers Guild of America finding a solution.

The SAG-AFTRA strikes are still in action, with their unfulfilled demands. Therefore, all the actors in the industry are worried about the future. Amidst the uncertain atmosphere, the 54-year-old actress had a conversation with CR Fashion, where she voiced her worries. Although she could not talk about her upcoming projects, the interviewer asked her what she was looking forward to. The American actress revealed, “I’m really hoping for a fair resolution to the SAG-AFTRA and WGA strikes sooner than later.”

Although the strikes primarily concerned the writers and actors, there were other members attached to the entire creative process. Advocating for them, Aniston added those crew members never asked for any of the struggles they had been facing, including financial. So, she wished everyone could go back to their work as soon as possible.

Because of the strikes and the stopped production process, there have been several crew members who lost their jobs. Despite their understanding of the cause of the protests, their struggles did not vanish. Therefore, along with supporting the writers and actors, Aniston also expressed her worries about those crew members as well.
