Although, after James Gunn and Peter Safran took over the DCU, they axed the Snyderverse. That resulted in great disappointment and enraged fans. However, Gunn also announced a new Superman movie titled Superman: Legacy, which is closer to his heart. Nevertheless, fans are still in love with Cavill’s version of the DC hero.
