Royal expert Neil Sean, in a video for his YouTube channel, called Markle’s show a "frame-for-frame" copy in some cases. Expert Ian Pelham Turner then shared with Fox News that new allegations about Markle, Duchess of Sussex, emerge daily. The latest claim suggests her upcoming show closely resembles the style of Pamela Anderson's Pamela’s Cooking With Love. Turner noted that these similarities had sparked significant attention, adding yet another layer of controversy to Markle’s public narrative ahead of her project’s release.

Aside from the similar titles, critics pointed out the almost identical concepts, language, and overall aesthetics in the trailers for both shows. Anderson’s trailer, released in October 2024, featured clips of her in a garden and kitchen, saying she loved cooking and wanted to take it to the next level. Similarly, Markle’s trailer showed her cooking and picking produce, with a similar statement about elevating ordinary things. Sean noted that Markle’s show clearly drew inspiration from Anderson’s cookery program. However, this is not the first time Markle has faced such allegations, as similar claims arose during her As Ever brand launch.
