Magnus Ferrell Woos Fans in Signature Style Just Like Dad Will Ferrell As He Kicks Start His Music Career

If you do not know WIll Ferrell, you probably do. If you have not seen him in Anchorman, you most definitely have seen him in Elf. And if, by some miracle, you have managed to miss both, do not worry, Magnus Ferrell is here to ensure the family name remains unavoidable. From playing grown and troubled step brothers with John C. Reilly to crashing weddings with Owen Wilson, Ferrell has strung together a garland of fame for himself such that even his Mark Twain for American Humor owes him one.

One of the actors most iconic and beloved commonality, found in almost all of his characters to some degree, is probably  the animated-ness with which he delivers his personas, leaving an essence of himself in whoever he plays, giving the spectator the feel of witnessing Ferrell himself in multitudes of dimensions, and yet being surprised by him every time, and it is not entirely a surprise when we get to see Magnus Ferrell already picking up the baton (or perhaps the absurdist megaphone).

Will Ferrell is a household name through and through, and a joke is never, ever lost on him. Goofiness dipped in sentimentality is a combination well-fitting only a few on this planet, and Ferrell is the best amongst the few, and now is on the way to being succeeded by his son Magnus Ferrell, albeit in a different realm. Twenty year-old Magnus Paulin Ferrell, looking eerily similar to a young Will Ferrell, has been taking over the internet with a video on his Instagram, as he bops his head to ‘Life or Death’ that he has sung himself.

Fans are all over the comments trying to comprehend this endearing turn of events, awed at how it is both surprising and unsurprising to think that Will Ferrell’s own son would be singing his own-made tunes over the internet one day.

Passing on the baton, Magnus Ferrell "faces" Will Ferrell

While it is already being digested that our very own Will Ferrell has a son who is now out and about in the showbiz, it is a little tear-jerking for the fans to witness a new icon in the making. Onlooking, they gush at the way the youngster moves his face in nonchalance, mouthing the lyrics to his song, resembling a face that they are all too familiar with, a staple in their Christmas cozying up, a funny friend on the TV on the weekends.

Some fans also have their attention on how good the song may be.

Fans stand witnesses to generations passing, fans also stand as keepers of the legacies of their favorites alongside their sons and daughters, by keeping alive the enthusiasm for what is to come, and so are Will Ferrell’s, smiling wistfully at the transience of time over how Ferrell is now at an age where he could get a documentary made on him.
