Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have gone their separate ways, but they still share a connection in a way that is hard to break. The glue that holds them together is their children, who share an incredibly special bond with both parents. Kim Kardashian appreciates that her children are huge fans of their dad, Ye, and always makes sure that they get quality one-on-one time with him. Recently, she threw some love to the creative brain behind Ye’s iconic merch for a sweet gesture towards their little ones.

Kardashian penned a heartfelt note to express her gratefulness to the fashion designer for his rare generosity. 

Kim Kardashian’s heartfelt note to the creator of Kanye West’s Merchandise Collection

Kim Kardashian hopped on Instagram to post a photo of herself with the person who graciously gifted North West with Kanye West’s Merchandise Collection. Bobby Naugle, the mastermind behind the 2003 ‘College Dropout’ bear, reached out to Kardashian to express his wish to gift the original merch he designed to North West. Impressed by the gesture, Kardashian thanked Naugle and noted how rare it was especially because Naugle could have sold the merch for a substantial sum but chose to give it away for free.

This was the second time Naugle had made such a gesture for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s kids. In the year 2022, Nuagle gifted some of his merch to North West, asking “for nothing in return”. And he did the same a year later, despite getting offers from multiple collectors and auction houses. He owned these collectibles from 2003-2005, which also included West’s original personal pink RL polo. 

In the next story, Kardashian showcased a T-shirt that became famous from Ye’s Truth Tour. 

Kim Kardashian flaunting Kanye West’s merchandise 

Bobby Naugle has worked with Ye on music tours from the early years of the rapper’s career. In one of the tours, called the Truth Tour, featuring four artists, the ‘Donda’ rapper sported an all-black T-shirt with towers and stars-symbolic graphics. This T-shirt became a sensation and is still being sold by various clothing websites and stores. Kim Kardashian shared a picture of the merch from Ye’s premium merchandise.

On top of the T-shirt, she also placed a picture of Kanye West wearing the same T-shirt. Apparently, this merch was also created by Bobby Naugle, however, it did not feature the famous tagline “Hip Hop Is Back…”. This tagline was significant since with ‘College Dropout’, Kanye West brought a cultural reset in Hip Hop. Nevertheless, Kim Kardashian was grateful for Bobby Naugle’s kind gesture of choosing her 10-year-old’s happiness over profiting.
