Kevin Feige Hints at Harry Styles Making a Comeback in the MCU
Harry Styles has not only made a name for himself in the music realm but also took steps into the acting world. In the 2021 American superhero film Eternals, he made a special appearance in the post-credit, as the Starfox aka Eros. Eros was also the brother of the eternal–deviant warlord, Thanos. This created a lot of buzz among fans who wondered whether Styles would be coming back again to the franchise.
Recently, the president of Marvel Studios shed a tiny ray of hope into fans’ growing anticipation. He hinted at the singer’s comeback to the franchise during the premiere of the newest Marvel film.

Kevin Feige did an interview with Entertainment Tonight during the red carpet premiere of The Marvels. During the interview, he shed light on Harry Styles’ role in Marvel. When asked about Styles’ potential return to the Universe, the president said, “He’s excited. We’re excited. We will see”. Harry Styles was in talks for a reprising his role in the spin-off of the Eternals, called Eros and Pip.
A source told the Sunday Mirror newspaper that the makers were not so excited for Styles’ character. The source revealed that Style’s character was not the “no. 1 choice” for Marvel at that time. Reports even suggested that Disney shelved the spin-off, and they were no longer producing the project. However, it is not just Harry Styles whom fans are anticipating in Marvel, they are also excited about one of his exes becoming a part of it.
Taylor Swift has been the most-anticipated cast of Marvel for the movie Deadpool 3. Recently, the director, Shawn Levy, gave mixed signals about her cameo, increasing the ambiguity surrounding her casting.

Taylor Swift’s name has been associated with Deadpool 3 ever since Ryan Reynolds shared the video of him announcing the upcoming movie. Fans were quick to notice that the house used for filming the announcement was the same house Taylor Swift featured in her directorial debut, All Too Well. Recently, Shawn Levy did an interview with Wired, where he talked about the barrage of rumors regarding the upcoming Deadpool installment’s cameos.
The director said that the cameo speculations range from Taylor Swift to Jennifer Garner but “no one can tell what might be real”. He also shared that there is too much “misinformation” out there and that he and Reynolds spent a lot of time “scrolling Twitter and reading the daily rumors”. While Taylor Swift’s appearance in Marvel as the superheroine Dazzler is uncertain, Feige’s interview has been making things hopeful for Styles’ return to the Marvel franchise.
