While everything is fair in love and war, when war is swapped for laughter, the only fair play is Lewis Capaldi. Known for curating some of the most memorable love anthems of the decade, Capaldi’s musical brilliance also graced the most romantic spot of 2024 in It Ends With Us, starring Blake Lively. Though many would think it was Capaldi who was humbled by the opportunity to feature the highly anticipated rom-com return of the year, in a twist of events, it turned out to be the 36-year-old actress who was honored instead.

Lively recently highlighted how crucial the love anthem is to the storyline of It Ends With Us, making it clear that Capaldi was the final missing piece needed to complete this blockbuster.
