Taylor Swift and Blake Lively’s friendship goes far beyond simply hanging out at NFL matches and enjoying evening outings together. The two have been the closest of pals for the last couple of years, ever since Lively admitted to being a massive Swift fan back in 2015. Nearly ten years down the line, the Gossip Girl alum has not just become closer to the pop icon, she has basically adopted her into the family. 

As Taylor Swift brought her Eras Tour to Spain, Blake Lively made a surprise appearance at the arena to root for her friend.

Blake Lively flew all the way to Spain to attend Taylor Swift’s May 29 show. The Green Lantern actress was spotted in the VIP section at Estadio Santiago Bernabéu in Madrid, dancing the night away alongside the Haim sisters. She also took her daughters, James, Inez and Betty with her to the concert. In the fan footages that surfaced on the web, Lively was seen handing out refreshments to one of her children before the show began. 

Even though Ryan Reynolds was supposed to show up at the event, he was nowhere seen in any of the clips that are swirling on the internet. Nonetheless, US Weekly reported that the Deadpool star joined his wife and children later in the VIP area. And it was inevitable for Reynolds to attend the concert since he was so excited about it just weeks ago.

Ahead of the Madrid show, Ryan Reynolds shared how he was looking forward to be a part of the crowd in Taylor Swift’s concert. 

Ryan Reynolds has never been on any of the Eras Tour’s shows, despite being Taylor Swift’s one of his closest friends. Meanwhile, his wife, Blake Lively, and their kids have been to multiple Eras Tour shows. In an interview on Today with Hoda & Jenna, earlier this month, the actor said that he was “trapped in a nonstop work bubble” which prevented him from joining in on the fun his family was having. 

Reynolds, however, declared that he will “go to the Madrid show” and there is nothing stopping him this time around. From joking about letting Taylor Swift name his fourth child to having his daughters' names immortalized in the pop sensation's musical archives, it is safe to say that the Reynolds family are bona fide Swifties.
