The SNL star gathered some of his favorite comedians for Pete Davidson Presents: The Best Friends on Friday night as part of Netflix is a Joke: The Festival. And the night ended with a special surprise: a three-song set by Machine Gun Kelly.
Pete Davidson Presents: The Best Friends was taped live for subsequent Netflix distribution, and Netflix has published a clip of Davidson introducing MGK, in which Davidson muses on how, in 2018, he and MGK were living together at Davidson’s mother’s house, sure that their careers were finished.

Carly Aquilino, Giulio Gallarotti, Joey Gay, Jordan Rock, Dave Sirus, Big Wet, and Neko White also made appearances after Pete opened the show with a short set that touched on the recent chaos in his life. He also stayed on stage throughout MGK’s act to sing a duet with his closest buddy and rapper.
MGK’s career has been on the rise recently, despite the Jackass lads’ routine humiliation. MGK has had two number one albums and new intentions to return to rapping.
