This musical, directed by Tom Hooper, is an epic historical period musical based on Victor Hugo&#8217;s 1862 French book. Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hathaway, Eddie Redmayne, Amanda Seyfried, Helena Bonham Carter, and Sacha Baron Cohen lead an ensemble cast in the picture.
Apart from a breathtaking score and ingenious technique of Hopper of making the cast sing live. The exceptional acting by the cast is sure to transcend you to the historical setting of the musical.
