The Kindness of Strangers pulled me in by Zoe Kazan’s outstanding performance. She in every way is the role model for the abused wife who escapes no matter what may come. Courage and faith in the universe to provide. I loved the film and felt at home with the characters who all help each other. These are the people who teach us how to be human. Give what you can when you can.

Amazing movie! It’s like the book “Zen and the art of motorcycle maintenance” – there are layers of depth and it’s hard to get for some mainstream critics!

Amazing movie! It was a reminder of the courage it takes to leave a very abusive relationship not just for the mother but for her kids. Excellent portrayal of a family banding together. And equally important, the actors did an amazing job of showing compassion in a difficult and awkward situation, it felt realistic. I didn’t see the critics’ rating of the film until after I watched it but they were way off, I highly recommend this film!
