A Perfect Pairing revolves around Lola Alvarez (Victoria Justice), the top salesman at her competitive wine importing firm in Los Angeles, and she’s vying for the position of regional sales director. However, once her closest friend snatches her intended Australian customer and her employer approves. Lola leaves in a huff and resolves to create her own business. The only issue is that she doesn’t have any clients.
She takes a chance and travels to Australia to work on the celebrity-owned Vaughn Family Wines property in the hopes of winning over the owner. While she’s there, she develops a relationship with Max (Adam Demos). Max is a quietly brooding ranch worker with his own secrets to hide.
People absolutely love Victoria as Lola. Many are even saying that she needs more rom-coms on Netflix.
