Ryan Gosling, a charming actor, can usually cast a spell on anyone with his Canadian personality. However, the actor couldn’t charm the Australian citizens. Last year, Gosling appeared in a Netflix Original action film, The Gray Man. Currently, he is shooting for his upcoming action film, The Fall Guy. Several citizens showcased their outrage at the actor while he was shooting the film in Australia.

To shoot the action scenes for his upcoming film, The Fall Guy team took over some of the places in Australia. The Sydney Opera House, the iconic bridge, and the Cahill Expressway were some of the places that were part of their shooting location. As the filmmakers blocked the places for a few hours, the citizens had trouble completing their daily work. The blocking of the places caused major traffic and delays across the city. And thus, the citizens took to Twitter to call out the team and the Australian government as well.

Fans were outraged as a film starring Ryan Gosling blocked the roads
Shooting for a film or show on public property requires authorized permission from the government. As The Fall Guy film fell in the lands of Australia, it caused a lot of trouble for the citizens. The shooting continued for a few hours, disturbing the daily lives of the people in Sydney. They took to Twitter to vent their feelings about the situation. The frustrated citizens called out the government for allowing this to happen. They also questioned why Violet Coco had to go to jail for shutting down the road for 25 minutes while the La La Land actor faced nothing.
evening sydney news is people complaining about ryan gosling closing sydney harbour bridge to film his movie & nsw premier (governor) getting grilled about paying the producers 14mil for the privilege 💀

Just querying something #NSWpol – how come Violet Coco gets jail time for 25 minute traffic tied up on Sydney Harbour Bridge! BUT Ryan Gosling had the whole bridge closed for HOURS today? How much jail time will he get, or is he being aided and abetted by politicians and police?

Sydney Harbour Bridge closed for the filming of a movie with Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt.
Remember when the NSW Govt. locked up Violet Coco late last year?
The cognitive dissonance is massive. Shut is shut.— Kate Emerson (@KateEmerson88) January 21, 2023
So a @RyanGosling movie will shut down the Sydney Harbour Bridge for hours while Violet languishes in prison for up to 15 months for shutting down one lane for a few minutes. What a f-ing city. Money rules Sydney. As always🤮🤮🤮

Why is a film production allowed to disrupt the Sydney Harbour Bridge traffic to make millionaires into billionaires , but a climate protestor gets a jail term for trying to save the planet? #auspol #ryangosling

I see Ryan Gosling & the crew are afforded the luxury to hold up traffic for hours on the Sydney Harbour coat hanger to film a blockbuster called The Fall Guy. Fall Guy? …what a lot of baloney, …he looks nothin’ like Violet Coco! 😇😇😇

Each 25mins the Harbour Bridge is closed, Ryan Gosling must get 15 months jail time. Looks like life imprisonment for the Canadian. Oh well, the right to film bad movies must be weighed against the right of Sydney-siders to move about safely and freely in their day to day lives.

@RyanGosling would you make a public comment about how it's great that you can shut the Sydney Harbour Bridge for your production but a brief, 25 min, stoppage to drivers in one lane by a climate protester is nothing to the inconvenience of climate change & she should be freed?

While these citizens showcased their anger, some of the Gosling fans were also excited to see their favorite actor in action. But what is the movie about? David Leitch is the director of the upcoming American action film The Fall Guy. The film is an adaptation of the 1980s TV series of the same name created by Glen A. Larson, which starred Lee Majors. The stars of the film are Ryan Gosling and Emily Blunt. Well, the film is set to be released on March 1, 2024.
