On March 29th, 2022, on Twitter Netflix, and Elliot Page announced that his character Vanya has been renamed Viktor Hargreeves. The creators of the show and Netflix impressed the fans because they transit his character very cleverly, which will also reflect his real-life journey.

In December 2020, Elliot Page wrote an email at the time of her announcement. And wrote that he is feeling extremely grateful to those who have supported his journey from the beginning. He finally can pursue his authentic self.
