It has been months since Netflix dropped season 3 of the heartwarming drama, Virgin River. Fans expected another season to drop during the winters because the makers usually schedule the release of new seasons during the cold months. But it seems the makers have intentionally dropped the new season in July to throw off the viewers. Well, it was a surprise, but it also means a longer wait for season 4.

The Canadian family drama has been running for 13 long seasons with the 14th season coming soon. The touching drama is based on a book about a young girl, Amy. She along with her sister and grandfather tends to the horses in their ranch. What makes the drama so magical is Amy’s gifts-she can heal wounded horses. 

Sweet Magnolias

Sweet Magnolias is similar to Virgin River in the sense that it has a swoon-worthy romance between the leading characters, Maddie and Cal Maddox. Maddie is crushed after she learns that her husband cheated on her with a young woman. To make things worse, he impregnated her. Waiting to be divorced Maddie, struggles to accept the newfound knowledge while raising her 3 kids and managing her business with her friends.
