LA’s wildly wealthy Asian and Asian American fun seekers are one of the most talked persons lately. And many viewers have been waiting eagerly to see more fabulous parties they go along with their glamourous and dramatic lives as well. Gladly, Netflix has also announced that Bling Empire season 2 will be available soon too.

The reality series of Netflix is the first American reality show that follows the lives of all wealthy East Asian and East Asian-American socialites based in LA, who are also described as real-life Crazy Rich Asians. And not before long, Netflix also renewed the series for a second season on March 10, after it has gathered really positive critics and acclaimed. So, let’s see what we know so far about the anticipated series Bling Empire season 2.

The hit and beloved series has received really well critics, as Rotten Tomatoes reported an approval rating of 100% based on 7 reviews, with an average rating of 6.25/10. On the other side, the series is also criticized to be more than the “grotesque opulence” that it depicted, with compelling characters among the cast, some of whom were exploring their identity by Diane Gordon. And we most likely to know that many subscribers are already fascinated by their interesting and glamourous lives as well. At the end of the day, most of us also don’t have the chance to go to any party at all thanks to the pandemic. So, it’s a good way to remember our old-fun days and to see much more interesting versions of those days as well.

Netflix hasn’t revealed a synopsis or a detail of what is ahead of us this time with the upcoming season. And it will most likely be released someday close to its release date, considering the streaming giant’s usual behavior. But if we assume the main idea will stay the same, here is the first season’s synopsis until we get a new one.

“Bling Empire follows a wildly wealthy group of Asian and Asian-American friends (and frenemies) in Los Angeles. While their days and nights are filled with fabulous parties and expensive shopping sprees, don’t let the glitz and glamour fool you. Between running multi-billion dollar businesses and traveling the world, these friends are as good at keeping secrets as they are at spilling them. And there is certainly no shortage of secrets.”

There hasn’t also a new cast list released, too. So for now, it seems we will likely see Kim Lee, Jessey Lee, Anna Shay, Guy Tang, Jaimie Xie, and the other stars as all the fans hope them to stay for the highly anticipated upcoming season.

We don’t know yet when we will get to see the next season of our beloved reality show. But assuming the first season of its aired on January 15, 2021, the next season may come sometime in 2022, unless Netflix makes us a surprise. And this surprise depends on how you describe or hope for it, it might be a good one but also a bad one as well. And for now, it seems that the only thing we can do is just to wait at least for a while until more details of it come. But it’s just too early now to say things for now as well.
