Created by Charlie Brooker, Black Mirror was one of the most successful hits of the popular streaming platform. Its wide cast included lots of stars like Miley Cyrus, Bryce Dallas Howard, Hayley Atwell, and many more. The anthology series had five seasons and lots of its episodes were written by the most famous names of the entertainment industry.

Rashida Jones, Michael Schur, Konnie Huq, Jesse Armstrong, and of course Charlie Brooker penned the episodes of Black Mirror. So, after a very successful title Black Mirror: Bandersnatch, and a great season, the fans are curious whether there is going to be another series of episodes. Unfortunately, the new season of the series will not be on Netflix in <a href="https://netflixjunkie.com/stranger-things-season-4-is-not-coming-netflix-june-2021/">June 2021</a> as well.
<h4>Is Black Mirror Season 6 Coming to Netflix?</h4>
Unfortunately, Black Mirror season 6 is currently not in production. We also do not know if the series is going to get a new season as Netflix did not make any comments about an upcoming season. That being said, this does not mean that the dark anthology series Black Mirror is canceled. Though, you should probably don&#8217;t get your hopes up as the writer of the series stated that he had been focusing on different genres. The streaming giant also did not make any announcements about a confirmation.
The five seasons of the black drama are still available for the subscribers of the platform though.
<h4>Is Black Mirror Canceled?</h4>
Charlie Brooker, who also served as a writer for series like Brass Eye, The 11 O&#8217;Clock Show and Nathan Barley shared his opinions for a possible new season of Black Mirror.
The writer said that he was not sure that the audience was ready for Black Mirror season 6. After a year in pandemic, he also said that he had been trying to focus on more casual projects. Although Brooker did not necessarily say that the show is completely canceled, we can understand that Black Mirror season 6 does not seem very possible at the moment.
<h4>When is the Black Mirror Season 6 release date?</h4>
Even if Netflix renews the series for new episodes, it would take a lot of time for us to see even the first trailer of the new season. The popular streaming service has a lot of projects and productions on its plate.
And when you take the COVID-19 pandemic into account, season 6 does seem like a long shot.

As the anthology series did not get a renewal yet, we do not know which faces we are going to see in a possible new season. Black Mirror surprised its fans with celebrity performances in the previous episodes.
Well-known actresses and actors like Jon Hamm, Andrew Scott, Bryce Dallas Howard, Anthony Mackie, and many more starred in the series.
<h4>How many episodes are there in Black Mirror?</h4>
Black Mirror has 22 episodes and 5 seasons in total. All of the episodes are available on Netflix. In addition to these five seasons, you can also watch the interactive movie Black Mirror: Bandersnatch. The film allows its viewers to decide the moves of the main character to reach one of the several endings.
In this context, we can say that the Black Mirror series was the first to introduce an interactive movie on the platform. It was also one of the first anthology series on Netflix&#8217;s library.
