Netflix finally announced the release date for Atypical season 4 alongside some first-look photos.
Atypical is a Netflix original comedy-drama show that tells the story of Sam Gardner, who has autism spectrum disorder. The series focuses on the family and romantic relationships of Sam while also touching on his journey to be more independent from his family. There are various thoughts about how successful Atypical is when it comes to portraying autism, but the feedbacks have been better with every season.
Atypical premiered on the popular streaming platform in August 2017 with its first season. Then came the second season in September 2018. After that, Netflix released the third season in November 2019. Netflix renewed the series for season 4 a year ago. Since then, viewers have been waiting for the fourth season, which is going to be the last one. Netflix finally announced when Atypical season 4 is going to premiere.

Atypical is a coming-of-age story that is about Sam, an 18-year-old on the autistic spectrum as he searches for love and independence. While he is on his entertaining yet emotional journey, his family members have to embrace his change. Here is the synopsis of Atypical.

Robia Rashid is the creator of the series for Netflix. Rashid previously worked on the popular sitcom series How I Met Your Mother.

We do not have much to wait, as Atypical season 4 is going to be on Netflix on July 9th. There’s just a month and a week left until we can watch how Sam’s adventures will end.
