Another Life season 2 already renewed for this year. But Netflix delayed production and reveals a new filming date for season 2 for this N Originals series.

Aaron Martin is the creator of Another Life series. This is an American adventure, drama, mystery series first season that also premiered on July 25th, 2019. After most viewers of the show, the second season renewed so quickly. However, this sci-fi also receives a low score on many review websites like IMDb, Rotten Tomatoes. Which also season 2 was scheduled to begin filming again in March 2020. Then due to the pandemic, they delayed the production and now we have a new filming date for the upcoming season.

When is the season 2 release date of Another Life?

Sadly, there’s no official release date for season 2. But, according to production speed, Another Life season 2 will release in early 2021. The series filming start date has been revealed as for August 31st, 2020. Katee Sackhoff also talks about the series on Collider:

We had the outline of what the show was going be, but I was in the writers’ room and I got to really put what I feel is my fingerprint on the show, which is something that I was really looking forward to. So, we know where the show potentially will go for the first three seasons. As an actor, that was new for me. To really be a part of those conversations and to have an opinion was really cool.

I love this character, and I love the cast and the crew, and I want to do everything in my power to see it come back, for many years.”

What’s the synopsis of Another Life series?

Here’s the synopsis of this sci-fi series:

“Set in the future, an anomaly from space appears in Earth’s orbit and plants a stalk-like object into the ground. Humans attempt to determine what it is, why it’s been placed there, and what’s going to happen next, but it’s taking too long to crack the code so they send a team into space to the source of the object to investigate further.” Also, first season consist of 10 episodes.
