In the past few years, we have witnessed how the audience of the anime genre has sharply grown around the world. What used to be limited to books is now making its way to our screens in live-action form. Furthermore, anime opened a real floodgate for Japanese popular culture to invade the Western world. The Koyoharu Gotouge’s manga is incredibly popular among the masses. And after months of waiting, it seems like we finally have a release date for the show’s new arc.

We are no strangers to the legacy Demon Slayer left behind in the world of anime. Soon after its release in 2019, Demon Slayer’s immaculate CGI and gripping storyline had the fans hooked on it. The series introduced fans to various arcs, taking the audience through multiple storylines. From Tanjiro Kamado Unwavering Resolve arc to the Entertainment District arc, Demon Slayer took its fans for a roller coaster ride with its incredible storytelling. And the third arc of the anime a.k.a. Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Swordsmith Village Arc will premiere worldwide on April 9. The first episode of the series will be premiering between 10:45-11:30 a.m. PT.

Demon Slayer will cater to audiences from various parts of the world. The show will feature subtitles in several languages, including Spanish, English, Castilian, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Arabic, Russian, and Hindi. The majority of the cast and crew will be returning for the new arc. Haruo Sotozaki will act as the frontrunner for the upcoming arc, while Akira Matsushima will serve as the Chief Animation Director.

What storyline will the new arc of Demon Slayer follow?

As we all know, Demon Slayer has always left the audience in awe of its gripping storyline. Furthermore, its breathtaking visuals are also a major factor that helped popularise the show. The new arc of the anime will be premiering worldwide in a few days and we finally have an update on what storyline it will follow.

CrunchyRoll reported that the new arc would follow Tanjiro Kamado. Apparently, the new arc will follow Tanjiro’s as he starts a new journey in the Swordsmith village. Furthermore, he reunites with former Hashira members of the Demon Slayer corps. And we can surely expect some incredible clashes with the demons.
