One Piece announces a special surprise for One Piece live-action fans

The One Piece live-action hype is rising, and the world cannot seem to get enough of Luffy’s crew. A while ago, the franchise paid tribute to the series as it announced a unique set of trading cards of the characters from the show. The premium collection based on Netflix’s Hollywood live-action series will feature all nine actors dressed up in their original costumes from the show. As per the official website of One Piece’s card game, the new collection will be available in Japanese in February and in English in April next year.
To get your hands on these special nine cards, fans can pre-order their collection from October 31st. The total estimated cost for the deck is nearly $25. Apparently, the new release of cards will be in an alternate art version than the previously released cards. Moreover, collectors are in for a treat as a new booklet will be released alongside the cards.
Undoubtedly, the forthcoming months surely look exciting for the fans. Apart from the cards, fans are also looking forward to the release of the second season of the series. And the cast looks equally excited for the same.

With Netflix announcing the second installment of the live-action series, Rudd seems incredibly excited to reprise her role. Shortly after the announcement last month, the Fear Street star took to Instagram to express her happiness and gratitude.
Rudd posted on her Instagram story with the caption, “I’m so happy. Thank y’all, we love you so so so much.” The actress looked visibly excited and emotional in the picture as she posed with a giddy child-like smile and possibly tears in her eyes. Meanwhile, new faces are already on board for the sequel. For now, there is no release date for the series, but since the Writers’ strike has concluded, the work might begin soon.
