Those works range from action-packed movies and series to little cute guides, or from Netflix original series to various types of documentaries. Just like in every month. Netflix is going to add some documentaries to its library in June 2021. Here are the documentaries that will be on Netflix in the following month.

Breaking Boundaries: The Science of Our Planet (2021) (Netflix Original)

This is going to be a docuseries about the wreck the humans cause on the Earth. Sir David Attenborough and Johan Rockstrom are going to enlighten us on the biodiversity crisis of our planet.

Kitty Love: An Homage to Cats (2021) (Netflix Original)

The plot is apparent, isn’t it? This is going to be a documentary about our lovely feline friends, and why we love them so much.

Netflix is going to release this documentary on June 5th.

Penguin Town (Season 1) (Netflix Original)

Yet another documentary about animals. The wholesome Penguin Town docuseries is about a colony of penguins that live in a South African coastal.

Netflix is going to release Penguin Town with its eight episodes on June 16th. Check out the trailer below.

Murder by the Coast (2021) (Netflix Original)

This is a crime documentary about the murder of 19-year-old Spanish girl Rocio Wanninkhof, taking place in Spain in 1999. It’s a Spanish-language documentary that will tell us about the unjust situations.

Netflix is going to release Murder by the Coast on June 23rd.

Sophie: A Murder in West Cork (Season 1) (Netflix Original)

This, too, is about a murder. This documentary will tell of the mysterious death of Sophie Toscan du Plantier, who was a French TV executive. The documentary will focus on the uncertainties surrounding the case, which happened 25 years ago.

Netflix is going to release this French-language docuseries with three episodes on June 30th.

Sisters on Track (2021) (Netflix Original)

This is about the emotional story of three sisters who are dedicated to be athletes despite the odds against them.

Black Holes | The Edge of All We Know (2020)

This is a documentary about “the most mysterious objects in the universe,” namely, the black holes. It features the works of some iconic scientists including late Stephen Hawking.

Wonder Boy (2019) (Netflix Original)

Wonder Boy is about a young designer Olivier Rousteing, and how he grows in fame and excels in his career.

This French documentary will be on Netflix on June 26th.

This documentary is going to show us some amazing vacation rentals (very surprising!) such as Airbnbs, mansions, treehouses, or private islands.

This Is Pop is a Netflix original docu-series about popular music from the latest 70 years. It’s going to have eight episodes, each focusing on a different topic.
